Replacing the leg tuck, the Plank pose is the standard test for core endurance. Soldiers must maintain a proper plank position for the maximum time possible.

6. Two-Mile Run (2MR)

The final event measures aerobic endurance. Soldiers must complete a two-mile run on a flat course as quickly as possible.

Pass/Fail ACFT Requirements and Alternate Event Scoring

The pass/fail ACFT requirements dictate that a failure in any single event results in a failure of the entire test.
