Divisions apply the same way across all provincial BISE boards including Lahore, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad, Federal, AJK, and others.
The total marks for most matric Science groups is 1100 (Part I: 550 + Part II: 550). Arts groups may have different totals depending on the board.

Most universities require minimum 1st Division (60%+) for BS/BSc programs. Some programs at top universities require 70%+ or 80%+.
